I’m looking for feedback on how Vibram Five Fingers. perform.  Your comments will be greatly appreciated and shared with the running community.

. We are all individuals and must try on many shoes to find what suites our own feet and body. A good shoe is important, but I believe that strengthening your feet is more important if you want to run injury free. Try running barefoot on a soft surface (beach sand, smooth grass, etc.)to strengthen your feet. Use a BOSU and in your bare feet you can do a dance and strengthen your feet, ankles, knees and hips. A strong Body Core (from your waist to the bottom of your feet) is essential to help you run injury free.”

slilley I love my Five Fingers I have run almost 50 miles in them. If I run on asphalt for more then six miles my feet hurt

@telichtwit8 saw two guys wearing them..at a 50 k 2  months ago…they swear by them…
